We have used BKTC for the last few years and they have done a wonderful job. Rich Campbell is very helpful and always comes through with a quality product at a good price. The installers they use do great work and are quick. Our clients have visited both showrooms and have been treated very well.

Mark Gandy is the best. He gave me so many suggestions for my kitchen changes without major expense and my new bathroom now looks fantastic. The maple cabinets and and matching beadboard adds such a great design feature that I would have never have thought of myself. Excellent workmanship and very considerate people to work with on a project. I am now saving up for them to do the upstairs bathroom next year! I would highly recommend without reservation to anyone!
I like my cabinets, but I'm not entirely thrilled. I wanted an extra that was discussed, but then was not included. Specifics and upgrades are not listed on contract, only the product codes. Make sure everything you want is listed in plain language on the contract. Disappointed.
We were very pleased with our whole experience. Mark, and all the contractors who worked on our kitchen were professional and courteous. Mark was especially tolerant of whatever changes I made "midstream". I love my kitchen, and dealing with bath kitchen and tile was a pleasure. I have already recommended them to many friends.
