I’m on day 4 with my little ringneck and although he is bluffing, he’s AMAZING! I cannot express how great our new little boy is. This place is amazing very helpful, and clean with an area you can sit and socialize. I highly recommend this store, they have a great selection of parrots and you can tell they treat them well. BTW shout out to Magic best cockatoo ever.
The staff is really knowledgeable, and their birds are well taken care of! You can really tell they love their work. The cockatiel we purchased from them is prefect for our family.
This is the best bird store I have ever been to when I went there I had been devastated by the loss of my 2 pet ducks I went there to try to cheer up and when I walked in there was 2 nice ladies cleaning out the cages and tending to the birds I was greeted by many “hello” s not only by the employees but by the large birds as well (lol) I walked around the store and saw that it was extremely organized from birds to cages to food to make your own toy stations! I held 2 cockatiels and the second one I fell in love with I took him home and within 2 days he had attached to me like a dog to a bone he would stay on my shoulder all day if he could I am looking at purchasing another bird from them because they were so amazing and I would like “captain” to have a friend thank you M&D bird world!
Love this place. Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable. We adopted our Quaker Parrot Kiwi from them.
